Terms of Service
Article 1 Purpose
These Terms of Service govern the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and other necessary matters between users and Glitter Project Hub ("Glitter", https://hub.glitter.kr) regarding the use of internet-related services provided by Glitter.
By clicking the "Sign Up" button or otherwise registering an account, the user is deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
Matters not specified in these Terms shall follow applicable laws and customary practices of the Republic of Korea.
Article 2 Definition of User
A "User" refers to any individual who accesses the Glitter website and receives services provided by Glitter in accordance with these Terms.
Article 3 Registration
Users may apply for membership by completing the registration form provided by Glitter and submitting the required information.
Glitter may reject or remove registration data if any of the following applies:
The applicant previously lost membership eligibility under these Terms.
False, omitted, or inaccurate information was provided.
Registration is determined to significantly interfere with the technical or operational management of the service.
The membership agreement becomes effective when Glitter approves the registration request.
Members must promptly update any changes to their registration information.
Article 4 Provision and Modification of Services
Glitter provides users with services including:
Project and community-related information
User-generated content and discussions
Community participation features
Other services determined by Glitter
Glitter may modify or change the services provided and will notify users of significant changes in advance where reasonably possible.
Article 5 Suspension of Services
Glitter may temporarily suspend services due to maintenance, replacement, system failure, communication interruptions, or other operational reasons.
Glitter may also discontinue certain services if deemed necessary for operational or technical reasons.
Glitter is not liable for service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Article 6 Termination and Restriction of Membership
Users may request account deletion at any time, and Glitter will process the request without unreasonable delay.
Glitter may suspend, restrict, or terminate membership if a user:
Registers false information
Interferes with other users' use of the service
Violates applicable laws or these Terms
Engages in conduct contrary to public order or morals
Damages the operation or security of the platform
Glitter may provide notice and an opportunity to explain before terminating membership where appropriate.
Article 7 Notices to Users
Notices to specific users may be sent to the email address provided during registration.
Notices to all users may be posted on the website in place of individual notifications.
Article 8 Protection of Personal Information
Glitter strives to protect users' personal information in accordance with applicable laws and the Privacy Policy published on the website.

Article 9 User ID and Password
Users are responsible for managing their own account credentials.
Users must not allow third parties to use their account.
If a user becomes aware of unauthorized use of their account, they must immediately notify Glitter.
Article 10 User Obligations
Users shall not engage in any of the following activities:
Providing false information
Modifying or abusing service data
Infringing intellectual property rights or personal rights
Impersonating other users
Unauthorized copying, distribution, or commercial use of service content
Uploading unlawful or prohibited materials
Distributing malicious software or harmful code
Collecting or disclosing personal information of others without consent
Violating applicable laws or these Terms
Glitter may restrict or terminate service access for violations of this Article.
Article 11 Intellectual Property Rights
Copyrights and intellectual property rights related to content created by Glitter belong to Glitter.
Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or commercially exploit information obtained through the service without prior written permission from Glitter.
Article 12 Amendment of Terms
Glitter may amend these Terms within the limits of applicable laws.
If the Terms are amended, Glitter will announce the effective date and reason for amendment at least 7 days before the revised Terms take effect.
Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes agreement to the revised Terms.
Users who do not agree to revised Terms may terminate their membership.
Article 13 Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising from the use of the service shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
Litigation regarding disputes between Glitter and users shall be brought before a court with jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act of the Republic of Korea.
