GnuBoard7 Lightweight Community Template

Overview

SirSoft Comm Template v1.0.0-beta.6 is a GnuBoard7 template example for quickly building community-centered sites with shopping mall dependencies excluded. It is not just a UI bundle; it provides code, installation structure, layout design, operational standards, and the reference structure and approach for implementation.

Core Value

The template focuses on a board-centered community structure, JSON Layout-based UI composition, minimized data dependency, GnuBoard7 Template Engine integration, and removal of ecommerce dependencies. It includes prebuilt dist output so production environments do not need a build step, and it is designed to apply without core modifications.

Default Board Seed

The expected default board seed includes notice, free, qna, resources, introductions, and support boards.

Removed Ecommerce Features

The /shop/*, /cart, and /checkout flows were removed. /mypage/orders, /mypage/wishlist, and /mypage/addresses features were also excluded. This simplifies the user flow around the community experience.

Included Pages

Public routes are /, /boards, and /search. User routes are /mypage/profile, /mypage/profile/edit, /mypage/change-password, /mypage/notifications, and /mypage/board.

Dependencies

The template assumes a GnuBoard7 host project, GnuBoard7 Template Engine, sirsoft-board module, sirsoft-page module, and sirsoft-daum_postcode plugin.

Tech Stack

The stack includes PHP 8.2 or later, Laravel 12.x, MariaDB / MySQL, TypeScript, JSON Layout, Vite Build with prebuilt dist, and custom CSS with no inline style.

Operational Standard

It is maintained from bundled source and reflected through the GnuBoard7 lifecycle. The template focuses on community features, excludes shopping mall dependencies, and preserves public rendering and distribution flow.
